- Preparation for class: If you have not done so yet: register i>clicker, buy textbook, register for MyMathlab. Quickly read Chapter 1 of textbook, paying more careful attention to concepts that you forgot/never learned.

- Preparation for class: Read textbook Section 2.1 and 2.2.
- Lecture 2 class notes (print and bring to class).

- Preparation for class: Continue to bring Lecture 2 notes.
