We are sad to report that Jane Wilhelms is now deceased.   In Memoriam


The research interests of Jane Wilhelms include computer graphics, computer animation, physical simulation, animal modeling and animation, and scientific visualization. Lists of Dr. Wilhelms' publications in computer graphics and animation and in scientific visualization are available.

This fall 2002, Dr. Wilhelms is teaching the undergraduate graphics course CMP 160 - Introduction to Computer Graphics. and the graduate graphics course CMP 262 - Computer Animation. Winter quarters, Dr. Wilhelms often teaches the lower-division undergraduate course CMP 80C - Computer Art and Graphics. Images that students created in CMP 80c can be seen in the Art Gallery.

Dr. Wilhelms is the seminar coordinator for the Computer Science department. A list of seminars and open dates is available.
