I am a graduate student in Computer
Engineering at the University of
California campus in beautiful Santa Cruz. I started my graduate program
in CE program in Fall 2002. I have recently become a CyberSlug -
gaining the coveted foothold into the
CCRG
reasearch group. My advisor is Professor
J.J. Garcia-Luna-Aceves.
I am profoundly interested in Wireless and Mobile Communications. At
CCRG, I am involved in research in the area of Mobile Ad hoc networks.
Two of my current projects address issues in on-demand routing protocols
and security in Mobile Ad Hoc networks.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering. After
graduating at a young age, the charm of independence and financial
liberation drew me to one of the more famous multinationals in Pune,
India, formerly known as Fujitsu-ICIM, and now known as Zensar.
After braving the industrial weather for a few years, I decided that
it would be more intriguing to become a part of the research community
and delve deeper into something that I liked, which has brought me here.
