Objectives:
Zooming the camera in the scene.
Description
-
We are going to zoom the camera in this exercise. Allow the camera to zoom in and zoom out in the scene using the mouse. Zoom in the camera when the righ button is held down and mouse is moved forward. The camera will be translated along positive Z axis in viewing coordinate frame. Zoom out the camera when righ button is held down and mouse is moved backward. Make sure that the mouse is not over some object (other than the terrain) when the button is pressed. We are going to practice more camera transforms in prog4.
Grading:
Note: all lab and programming assignments must include a statically linked executable.
This lab assignment will form part of your CMPS 160L grade.
The other component of CMPS 160L grade is your attendance.
Submission:
Submission must be done using the "submit" command from CATS.
- submit cmps160-ap.s13 lab7 lab7.tar, or
- submit cmps160-ap.s13 lab7 lab7.zip
This command should work from unix.ic.ucsc.edu.
Create and submit a subdirectory called lab7.
It should contain the executable and
all the files you have to make your program compile/run.
Tar or zip up lab7 before submitting.
