Get Worm DNA

Get worm DNA. The name of the DNA can either be a gene, an ORF, a cosmid, an EST , or part of a chromosome. See below for examples.

Example DNA names:

• F26F12.3 - Open reading frame #3 from cosmid F26F12
• F26F12 - The entire cosmid F26F12
• unc-1 - The sequence of the gene unc-1 (only works for genes of known sequence)
• I:1000-3000 - Bases 1000-3000 from chromosome I.
• yk129e7.3 - The 3' end of one of Kohara's ESTs
• C51E3.7b - Second isoform of open reading frame #7 from cosmid C51E5
• cm17h1.5 - EST from Chris Martin's sorted cDNA library.
• CEMSD45.3 - EST from Stratagene.
• M:300-600 - Bases 300-600 from the mitochondrial chromosome.
