[Genome] questions about gbdb and goldenPath data

Good Morning Ginger:

That is correct for that part of the data.

There is a complication though.  There is a tremendous amount
of /gbdb/genbank/ data that you do not need for selected
sets of species.  Unfortunately to determine which files
are needed here, it is necessary to examine the gb*.txt.gz
files in your species database dumps to see which files
are actually referenced.  If you can sort that out and
load just those files you can save a lot of space.
