Weekly seminar series covering topics of current research interest in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) design, fabrication and applications. Current research work and literature in these areas are discussed. Enrollment restricted to graduate students. Undergraduates may enroll with permission of instructor. May be repeated for credit. J.
