Unless you state otherwise, I will assume you are working
individually. If you wish to work in a pair, each member of the pair
needs to indicate that decision using the submit command 7 days before
the program is due. (This is relaxed to 4 days for the first
assignment.)

To submit your pairing decision create a file containing your name and
e-mail address, and
your partners name and e-mail address.
Assume the file is named <code>team</code>, then
each member of the pair should execute the following submit command:

submit cmps109.w00 hw1-pair team
</pre>
This must be done before the deadline to announce your pairing for
that assignment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Of course <code>hw1</code> should be changed to <code>hw2</code> for
program two, etc.
