CMP200 Grading -- Fall 00
Your performance in this class will be based on regular attendance,
participation in discussions, and turning in the three or four
assignments I will give you. I will make special note in the
evaluations of those who contribute to the class by sharing their expertise
and/or opinions. Attendance will be taken within 15 minutes
of the start of each class and attending at least 8 entire classes is required
to pass the course.
You will be graded with S/U in CMP200. If you elect the letter grade
option when you enroll in this course, you will receive a B (providing you
earn an S).
.
Incompletes will be given only for medical and family
emergencies. In this event, you must request an incomplete from
the instructor before the end of the quarter (December 7).
Academic Integrity
All course work should be your own work.
You may consult with me, the TA and other students, verbally and possibly
with the use of a board. However the work you submit must be your own.
I take cheating very seriously. Any cases will be reported to
the Graduate Dean and the assignment involved
will receive a 0 grade.
