Nachos References

Braden Carter / Jim Spring

There are a number of references available for Nachos. Those that come with Nachos itself were written by Professor Tom Anderson at UC Berkeley. Other references include those acquired from Stanford's CS240a Operating Systems course, those written by Professor Darrell Long and Tom Kroeger of the CE/CIS departments at UC Santa Cruz, and the documentation for SPIM which details the MIPS R2/3000 instruction set.

General Descriptions

The following files apply primarily to the SPARC implementation of Nachos, but helpful hints can be applied to the MIPS implementation of Nachos.
