Please Note: If you are offered a TA position, it is a confirmed commitment for employment. Leaving a TA appointment for a GSR appointment after the deadline will jeopardize future considerations.
If you are applying for a TA position, please print and complete the forms above and submit to either Carol (BINF, CE, EE) or Tracie (CS, SSM, ISM) in E2 298.
If you have never been on university payroll, you must fill out important payroll paperwork from the Administrative Business Office. For any payroll questions concerning CE, EE, ISM, please contact Jolinda Singleton, , and for BINF, CMPS, AMS, please contact Katie Chaboude, , and they are both located in E2 298. Make sure you submit your full name and email address in any correspondence.
